IRCELYON and its national relationships

IRCELYON is represented in the evaluation committees of the CNRS, in the scientific councils of the National Research Agency, in the French Chemical Society and in the catalysis division (DivCat).

It contributes to the organisation of the annual GECAT meetings, an annual workshop aimed at bringing catalyst scientists of France and neighbouring French-speaking countries closer.

Perennial relations have existed for several years between our laboratory and several catalysis units and complementary disciplines of the CNRS or other large research organisations (CEA, CEMAGREF, INRA, etc). These close links are often concretised around research collaborations that are dictated by a particular technical nature or by means of national and international programmes.

IRCELYON is also strongly involved in higher education (masters, engineering colleges, in-house training programmes, summer schools) and in several projects using particle accelerators and light sources (ESRF, SOLEIL, ILL, etc).
