Workshop XPS : Systematic and collaborative approach to problem solving using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy
IRCELYON’s Surface Analysis service is organizing an “online” workshop in English in collaboration with Neal Farley, designer of the CasaXPS software. This well-known and widely distributed software enables the processing of XPS data.
This webinar consists of two two-hour sessions:
– December 14, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. (French hour)
et
– December 16, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. (French hour).
The workshop is open to the XPS community as a whole wishing to acquire or develop knowledge in XPS and XPS data processing.
