Recruitment for Study Engineer in Electron Microscopy (Internal Mobility)
We are recruiting a position of Study Engineer in Electron Microscopy through internal mobility via the NOEMI campaign.
Duties
The study engineer in materials science/material characterization will be responsible for experimentation and characterization of materials, particularly catalytic ones, using transmission electron microscopy. They will oversee the technical and scientific management of the new JEOL 2100-Plus TEM microscope, scheduled for installation at the IRCELYON laboratory in October 2026. They will also develop techniques and methodologies for electron precession diffraction, newly available on this new equipment.
This position is open in priority to CNRS staff and also open to all civil servants.
